What is Breathwork ?
Breathwork is a guided practice that uses conscious connected breathing to support the body, mind, and nervous system.
Within a safe and supportive space, conscious breathing can help bring awareness to stored stress, emotions, and tension that may have been held beneath the surface for some time.
As the body begins to relax and open, these patterns can gently shift and release, often creating a greater sense of calm, clarity, emotional balance, and connection to self.
Breathwork provides a meaningful, non-verbal path to self-knowledge, inner wisdom and health
What I Offer
I create safe, supportive spaces for breathwork through a variety of experiences:
For those seeking a more tailored experience, you’ll be guided through intentional breathing patterns designed to support your nervous system, improve mental clarity, and deepen emotional awareness.
Each session is adapted to your individual needs, offering support and direction so you can stay present and fully engaged.
Time for integration is also included, allowing you to reflect on your experience and gain practical insights to carry into daily life.
This personalised approach creates space for meaningful, lasting change, one breath at a time.
A couples breathwork session is a guided experience designed for two people to connect more deeply through intentional breathing. Whether you’re partners, close friends, or exploring a new relationship, this session creates a safe space to slow down, tune in, and reconnect with yourself and each other.
Together, you’ll move through breathing patterns designed to regulate the nervous system, release tension, and support honest, present communication. Parts of the session may be individual, while others include shared breathing, eye contact, and simple connection exercises.
A small group breathwork session is a guided experience shared with a limited number of participants, creating a calm and supportive environment while still benefiting from the energy of a group.
You’ll be guided through intentional breathing techniques designed to regulate the nervous system, release tension, and deepen self-awareness. While each person has their own internal journey, the shared space often helps you feel more connected and supported.
With fewer participants than larger events, there’s more opportunity for gentle guidance and individual attention, ideal for those who value both community and a more personal experience.
